I was then asked behavioral-based questions and there were additional questions asked when i was done answering. The questions, as far as i can remember, are: explain a time when a coworker and you disagreed about how you handled a situation, explain a time you went above and beyond a customers expectations, explain a time you had to communicate with multiple people to solve a problem, explain a time you made a quick decision and it didn't go as planned, explain a time when a customers expectations were not met and how you handled it, explain a time how you handled a difficult customer, explain a time you were overwhelmed and how you handled it, explain when you had to time manage multiple priorities, what would your past boss say you can work on as an employee, paint the picture of what your ideal work environment is, are you just looking to work in the insurance industry, what are your hobbies.
