Nothing was too difficult. They just ran through my resume and asked me about positions held and why I left.
The question to check excel knowledge asked the function for combining names and highlighting values. The question on social media - was to check knowledge of embassy's twitter pages and how tweets are written with proper hashtags. Three different occasions were given to check that. Next question was to check knowledge of embassy processes i guess. -I was asked to draft a reply letter to german journalist who is planning to visit India. Next letter was for giving appointment for passport renewal. Third letter was to a telekom company asking them to fix the line at the embassy. A quesion to create a powerpoint slide was the apt one. It was to create a 3 slide presentation by using image, clipart, and smartart by writing what we know about embassy and its functions. These are the few questions i remember. For the german knowledge test a comprehension passage in german was given and questions were asked based on that. then some details were given in English regarding types of visa and a german letter asking for information were given. I was asked to draft a reply letter in german saying which visa is suitable for them and why and the rules and regulations in applying it.
Standard Questions like: Tell me about yourself. Reasons for leaving previous company. Why do you want to work for SP. Are you willing to take a pay cut. Are you able to work independently. Can you run the administration for a department. Explained about the jobscope and requirements. Any plans to self upgrade.

If I was comfortable with handling complex calendars
A lot of religious talk. Trying to convince the interviewee that this was a good and trustworthy company. A lot of reassurance that you are exactly what they are looking for.
