My interview question is to them! You posted a salary range of $85,000-$95,000. Then, your offer to me was $80,000. Would love to hear more information on that logic? I learned “who” made that decision, just need the why? (And do you know that’s so offensive?) My number one priority is not money but, in working for good organization, with good people.Epic fail. Never seen anything like this place.
Would you expect a lower salary
Not once did anyone ask me what my greatest accomplishment, weakness or strength was!! :) They did ask: "Tell me about yourself" "What is a typical day like at your current/past position"
