Lot of questions based on management, people management etc. I had things to understand in the interview. It was more of making people understand what the role is meant for.

I wasn't expecting to do a video self-introduction - they show them to clients - but went ahead with it and it was fine. You just talk about yourself and summarize your strengths. I don't know if they've ever used mine.
