The Customer Services Manager who interviewed me first said I was over qualified for a customer services role, but she referred me to the The Operations Manager for a second interview. The Operations manager asked me - "why should we hire you"?
From anything such as 'how good is your admin' (really please read applicators' cvs before interviewing) to what will you do with making the tea when it's busy. I thought it was a serious operations' position and I had prepared a completely different situation interview. Operations is normally a really busy support job where you don't get involved with making tea because you're busy doing ops.
