Greatest strength and weaknesses?
Role playing. There were two different scenarios. Otherwise, normal interview questions.
The role play conversation they asked you was to model phone call with a prospective student. You didn't have a lot to go on so I thought it was pretty difficult. I definitely knew I didn't do well and that probably cost me the job.

The most unexpected question was a role play scenario where the interviewer pretended to be a student interested in the school and you had to convince them to enroll. It just caught me completely off guard.
