I honestly don't remember the questions... they were pretty basic to this position. Something along the lines of "what would make you a good advisor?"
Why do you want to be an advisor? Why did you leave your other jobs? What experience do you have?
They asked me to tell a little about myself. What my weaknesses are, strengths, prior experience and jobs and education. They want to know how serious you are about the job, if you're going to show up or call in a lot. Reliable and how hard you are willing to work and put in the effort. How well you work in a large group of diversity. How you handle tough situations and stress.
