They ask you very generic standard behavioral questions however they want SPECIFIC examples with names and what you said verbatim after they describe the "situation". Some of these situations I actually hadn't encourtered in previous employment but interviewer drilled forward and wanted specific answers and always redirected me saying "What SPECIFICALLY. Tell me what you said"
Do you learn quickly? Are you ok to stand for 8 hour stretches (not including breaks)? Are you comfortable in crowds and fast paces?
