They all asked the same questions: tell me about yourself, how do you feel about working extra hours... As mentioned above, none of the managers knew what the others were asking, so they kept asking the same things. I was starting to get bored of hearing myself answer the same questions (like going to the doctors office and explaining your ailments to the nurse, and then the doctor comes in and then you tell him the same thing even though the nurse wrote it all down in the file). Mind you, I answered each question (albeit the SAME questions) with the same amount of professionalism each time.
