The organization is undergoing a lot of changes and their main concern seemed to be less about all the interview questions and more about my fit with the company culture and my willingness to adapt to change. Asked me standard questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, and also asked how I would deal with a policy I disagreed with.
"We are going to do a couple sample role-plays. You are a representative speaking to me, a 11th grader, on the phone."
