Generic interview ! Tell us about a time when, how did you handle it, etc. advised that it was imperative that leads not slip through the cracks....how do you ensure follow up? Hopefully the interviewer listened to my response and will look at their own lacking methods of follow up ( returning phone messages )

What motivates you?
It wasn't a question that threw me off, but the rudeness of my interviewers. After I was made to wait for 3+ hours for my scheduled interview, my interviewer said that he was concerned about "my apparent introvert personality" during the interview. I am NOT an introvert- I was mentally drained after waiting for hours, without explanation of apology for the delay.
