Most of the questions were about Marketing. Very few questions about working with students. Admissions folks - be wary of any job that has you reporting to a Marketing person. This means that they see the Admissions role as solely about fluff and appearances - telling the truth is secondary and optional. It is very possible that you will be criticized for advocating for the wellbeing of students and for putting their education and learning/development experience as a priority. If you care about students and working with them you will not be happy, in fact you will feel insulted and that you are disgracing your calling to serve students.
