One of the interview panelists asked if I had the ability to be aggressive or assertive. After further clarification, she was referring to my ability to set boundaries with clients. I think the question could have been asked differently.

Describe in depth a problem you had to solve, why it was important, what were the action steps, who were the stakeholders and what was the end result?
