1. Screening Round / Managerial Round - In this round questions about my experience, my likes-dislikes, strengths, my reason to join this company, some situational questions based on my experience like how will i handle conflicts at my workplace etc were asked 2. Logical Test + Personality test: In this round, i had been given a logical test, in which i had to solve around 30 questions in 15 mins. Then i had been given a personality test, wherein i was asked about what kind of person i am, my strengths, my weaknesses. I had to select best option out of multiple options. 3. HR Round - In this there was a detailed analysis conducted on the personality test that i had given. Most important answers of mine were selected like "I am confident person who can handle multiple tasks and is comfortable working in a team as well as independently". And further i was asked to explain why is it so and give some examples where i played such kind of a multi-tasking role. And then i was informed that i am selected for this role and was asked for certain documents for background verification.

Q. What is the process of new product development
