They are really interested in examples of what you have brought in (ad sales) in previous experience. They also ask situational questions such as, if the director goes on vacation, and you had only received basic training, what would you accomplish while he is gone? Also, how would you go about accomplishing this?

How soon are you available to begin working?
There really weren't any questions. Pretty much the owner just explained the job and then asked for my questions. I think this was because there were around 6 others waiting outside who needed to be interviewed as well.
