She only asked if everything she described to me about the job was too intense for me. She also asked what I thought customer service meant to me and how I felt about being in a leadership position.
I was asked most of the basic interview questions by the hiring manager and salesperson. It was the typical talk me through your resume process. There were also questions about experience in teams, working alone, how you handle challenges and stress in work and personal life, etc. It was surprisingly thorough, but low pressure.
