How would I handle client rejection?
They asked how I would handle a situation where multiple deadlines clash, and how I’d prioritise tasks under pressure while keeping stakeholders informed.
Provide an example of where you have identified and managed a range of complex and often competing needs in key organisational or external stakeholders? How did you navigate these needs towards an outcome?
Don’t worry about trying to learn answers to questions that other candidates have previously been asked in their interviews. I spent 5 days learning answers to some of previously asked questions. I didn’t get asked any of them. I learnt about an item to discuss during my interview like my email stated, I didn’t have to do that. I didn’t have to go on the shop floor either. The interviewer just asked about my history and previous experience, and typical questions about myself. To try get an idea to see if i was a good fit for the job. I learned about the company history and own brands ect, and wasnt asked what i knew about Boots. It definitely was straight forward, no surprises. Just like interviews i’ve had in the past. Overall the interviewer was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Im still waiting to hear back, as to wether i was successful or not. I just have to wait for an email.
