Just say tidy up/ask supervisor if there's anything you can do, but keep looking up to check if there are any customers What do you think the store aims for? Just say the customers are happy and have a good experience in store. How would you help a customer buy a gift for a young girl? Just say you would ask them questions about what she's like (e.g. does she wear perfume/dresses) Can't really remember any other questions, the interview felt like more of a conversation. The lady was just going through a form. They asked if I had any questions, so I just asked whether they often offered overtime. If there was more time I would have asked what they enjoyed most about the job/what they are looking for in customer advisers.
