They asked me about my previous experience and how it relates to the role I was applying for. What about you? Any memorable interview questions recently?

They were mostly asking about case studies and examples of how you handled situations or how you would handle them hypothetically. The question that surprised me was "tell me about a time you failed"
Very detailed job specification was available prior to interview, which allowed for good preparation, quite a formulaic interview
