Tell me about your past employment.
Had to role-play quite a bit in the interviewing process. Training was in Englewood, CO for 2 weeks and pretty intense.
Theoretical question on Knowledge Management. What are the three key principles of knowledge management?
Questions were pretty boilerplate and I went into the interview with credentials most candidates did not have. Interviewer did state that my experience would lend itself better to working in the office and he wanted to why I was interested in the field work.
Can you upsell a product to us?
How do you handle conflicts; examples about team projects; some situational questions/technical questions, such as what type of advice you would give to your students under XYZ situations.
Can you give an example of when you had a disagreement with a co-worker and how it was resolved?
The first round consisted of behavioral questions and a slight walk-through of my resume. The second round consisted of technical questions related to the specific job, and they gave me two options to create and provide a presentation for the team. The third round consisted of very in-depth technical questions related to the specific position, with many more follow-up questions than the previous two rounds.
