in technical rounds, i was asked to provide solution for couple business scenarios/process, that scenarios/ processes were totally new for me as that was Europe business practices. definitely the interviewer were very intelligent and experienced, it is difficult to answer their questions. you need to be well prepared for this interview, just like final year exams.

Mostly behavioral questions with emphasis on knowing if you can hold conversations and not get phased by client demands
The case wasn't too bad in my opinion except the interviewer didn't give any feedback orally or through facial expressions. It was hard to tell whether or not I was doing well.

The whole business pitch was really challenging. We had to make powerpoint slides on blank sheet of paper and use them. The man interviewing me was in character and was intense and grilled me about every idea I presented.

I didn't have any difficult or unexpected questions. From my experience, the interview process was a vetting of cultural fit more than it was of expertise or knowledge. They didn't ask much about the things that could be gathered from reading your resume. There were no essays or strange questions.
