The behavioral interviews were pretty generic. I was a little taken aback by the format of the case interview, since I'm not very experienced in that area. We were given a case "packet" that contained about 3.5 pages worth of information. Some of the content was obviously extraneous information that was easy to ignore. I think what's most important is to divide your recommendation into different groups (i.e. People, Technology, etc.). They recommended that I use a "Framework" to answer my question, which I kinda did.
Please describe a time you had to enter into a new group or team and explain how you worked with them.
None of the questions were difficult but make sure to have several answers available to answer very similar questions basically all asking, "Tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult person or situation and how did you overcome it."
