The behavioral interviews were pretty generic. I was a little taken aback by the format of the case interview, since I'm not very experienced in that area. We were given a case "packet" that contained about 3.5 pages worth of information. Some of the content was obviously extraneous information that was easy to ignore. I think what's most important is to divide your recommendation into different groups (i.e. People, Technology, etc.). They recommended that I use a "Framework" to answer my question, which I kinda did.
Please describe a time you had to enter into a new group or team and explain how you worked with them.
Have you ever failed in anything?
Do you like to travel?
The case interviewed ask about a company attempting to build a mobile app. It was not highly technical, and you were provided with a few pages of information for the case. The interviewer asked specific questions, so it was quite different from the standard management consulting case.
The questions themselves weren't difficult. The problem was that I found it difficult to find information on what would be asked. Questions included "tell me about a time when you have been organised" followed by "and how did this make you feel?" Questions related directly to the strengths that EY say they are looking for.
