Advocacy Interview Questions

506 advocacy interview questions shared by candidates

Overall, the questions in one-on-one interviews with staff were very typical: share more about your background; your proudest accomplishment; why GHS; where can you add value to the company, its clients and goals. Questions regarding personality and relationships bordered on inappropriate/harassment. Writing assessment was interesting and easily doable with concentration and a bit of research. Analytical activity — while timely and interesting — is not set up for candidate success. Participants in the presentation (which can be over 10 people without a candidate's prior knowledge) were aggressive, rude and not very proactive in providing constructive feedback. Instead of progressive debate, those who participated in the discussion were condescending, attacked and tore down position.
