You: We had some issues with clients when product migration happened. Team wasn't well trained. I trained them so they could answer to client's need. Before my intervention team members were frustrated. After my intervention they were capable of answer and help every single client. In fact, as a team, we got an award due to our excellent performance. At the end, for doing a good interview I consider essential to have the ability of turning things around and to be capable of finding always a solution for every problem.
