So, how much do you want to make. What kind of pay structure would you want?
What do you value the most, it is hard to narrow it to just one thing.
I was given different scenarios to gauge how I would handle each situation. ex. Client drops a new project unannounced and need it done within 24 hrs... How would I respond?
Again the behavioral based questions were not difficult...things like "tell me a time you had to develop a business partner relationship, and how did that work for you?" Or, "tell me about a time you had to take on a leadership role at your job...
Why don't you want to be a people leader, did something happen?
