How would you go about managing a busy line of 4 or 5 people inline for geek squad and you are already locked in a 20 min interaction?
"If a customer comes in with the idea of buying a electronic gadget but don't know what he wants and just tell you he's into music, how would you go about helping him". This one wasn't difficult but the way it was asked in the interview was worded weird.
What would you do when approached by a customer?
No really difficult questions. Anything to do with employees stealing is met with instant termination though. No chances. Those questions are meant to trip good-natured people up.
