Experience was critical, along with results. Not interested in process followed or methodology. Also, what plans I had developed 30, 60, and 90 days out once I was on board in new role. Have a plan in mind when you get to the interview stage of the process. Ask for the job at the end of the interview.
They asked questions about the "why" behind key decisions in my life - why had I chosen the college I did, why had I gone along certain career choices, why I was looking. I tend to think about my past decisions quite a bit so it was enjoyable rather than stressful or confusing. The one question that was a bit harder was the "challenge" question because of the preparation involved. They asked me to solve a fairly common question for Alliances about approaching a new Vertical. If you are an experience Alliance person, it's something you should definitely have encountered.
