How would you describe a dressage saddle to a person without any equestrian experience?
I had to answer multiple pages of horse related questions such as, "what would yourself and your horse wear to a schooling show, trilium show, a circuit show" followed by some questions about supplements. I cannot imagine anyone being able to grasp the spreadsheets that have not been obsessed with horse tack and the Greenhawk catalog at one point. The two people interviewing me really dredged on about how mundane the job would be for someone from my background...how its just changing numbers on excel. My salary expectations were 45-50k
