I was asked 6 questions based on Analog Design. The first questions were simple RC circuits and then I was asked some difficult questions based on MOSFETs and OTA.
S to Z domains transfer functions, Aliasing (4 Khz sampled with 5 Khz signal), how to substitute a resistor with a switch capacitor ckt, sigma delata ADC basics.

surprisely, they asked me about my digital design project. they asked me "what was the critical path of your circuit?"
draw basic bandgap circuit with a feedback amplifier. You are asked to write the equations and also put the + and - input sides of the amplifier for a correct negative feedback. Explained well in the Razavi book.
They care more about ADC knowledge. Although the job title is RF design, the manager asked many ADC and mixed signal questions.
