Why do you want to work here?
The video interview consisted of 7 questions, all of which were technical pensions questions. Differences between DC and DB schemes. Differences between final salary and care scheme. How is a trivial commutation calculated? The formula to work out PCLS. What is an unauthorised payment? What is the LTA and what happens if it is exceeded? What would you do if a CETV quote has took over 3 month's to process? The above are the questions I can remember however they were not all of the questions I was asked, there were more.
