Once we submit the lengthy application, we receive an automatic email reply. But, after 3 or 4 days, we receive another automatic email (to which we cannot reply) just rejecting our candidacy. The company should respect the candidate, as he/she has taken time and applied to your company, as they have interest to work there. The company should atleast let the candidate know the reason why the application is rejected so that they can improve for next time. This is not fair from the company's side. Hope they see this review and change in future. All the Best for everyone.

Once we submit the lengthy application, we receive an automatic email reply. But, after 3 or 4 days, we receive another automatic email (to which we cannot reply) just rejecting our candidacy. The company should respect the candidate, as he/she has taken time and applied to your company, as they have interest to work there. The company should atleast let the candidate know the reason why the application is rejected so that they can improve for next time. This is not fair from the company's side.
