What was the most difficult obstacle you faced in your former job?
The first-round interview is a digital interview - you are asked seven questions. You are given 30 seconds to prep for each question and three minutes max to give your answer. The questions were fairly basic with a strong emphasis on Hilton culture and "why do you want to work for us?"
Why do you want to transition to marketing from finance?
Tell me more about your background in your other positions.
Why PepsiCo?
What is your favorite (non-Pepsico) brand?. Questions were mostly fit/behavioral and about past work experience. Very little requirement to show technical expertise.
Nothing was unexpected in the types of questions asked. But some were very random. Mostly it's good to know all their products and campaigns.
