Despite the fact that they're saying you don't need to have any prior experience and knowledge of PPC, the questions were very technical and quite difficult, fit for a PPC professional rather than a graduate without much exposure to PPC.

Video Interview - 7 questions in total including My A-levels, University choices, 1 Technical/PPC Question, other general questions (I can't remember). The only timed question is the technical one where you have 30 seconds to prepare, so for the others you can spend a minute or 2 preparing or sorting out your information before answering the question. Interview day questions (they tell you the questions before hand): If you could meet anyone who would it be and why? What is your most prized possession? One thing that is on your bucket list is...? One randomly selected PPC related question from a list of questions provided to you before hand. + One group task on the Lost at Sea Survival Ranking game - which would have been more appropriate for an icebreaker rather than actual task. If successful, there would have been one more final stage interview.
