They asked how I would assist a dead weight sales team primarily. However, this was a fake interview and consistent with a lot of what i have read on here. This job was already in the bag for an internal person. To meet a guideline they lied to me and told me i was the front-runner and then gave me a half hearted interview when we met in-person. Even worse the director who claimed to be a god-loving family man offered help me in my search but hasn't returned a phone call or email. Same with the recruiter.
