What are your strengths and weaknesses in animation?
They asked a lot of questions about if I had played COD and what I thought of the games. They asked about my technical abilities etc. They seemed to want me to be able to do everything from technical art to designing gameplay animation systems, polishing mocap to cinematic camera layout and facial animation. Having worked in games and animation for well over a decade, I know that this wouldn't be necessary as these things are handled by multiple departments but sure, you do you Sledgehammer Games.
What games am I playing now, and how do I think one of those games could be improved?
