Why do you think we should hire you?
behavior based questions can be strange, depending on the question and the position you are applying for. As long as you remember to talk about specific situations, you should be fine.
This interview (if I can even call it that) was the best one I have experienced. The first question he asked was what the last thing I personally bought was. Where I bought it. And if I remembered the name of the cashier and how I was treated. Then he asked why I chose Publix. That was pretty much it besides him asking easy basic questions about my life. He was the one who did most of the talking.
Q: Where do you see yourself in x amount of time?
I was asked if I had children which is completely inappropriate
Can't remember anything specific, mostly very standard questions.
Very basic questions about yourself and your experience. The director made me feel very comfortable.
The latter questions will focus on ethical dilemmas - such as describing a time you felt pressured to do something you knew was wrong, or tell about a time you made a mistake and mistake and what were the consequences. As with all interviews, the specific details of the question wind up being a lot less important than how you communicate the response.
