Several interviewers have seemed disappointed that I don't have experience in every item listed in a job description. But one reason I'm looking is so I can learn/get experience in things that aren't done at my current job and can't be learned independently. How do I get a job that's not exactly like the one I have? Ex: One job is still open 2 months after my interview, even though I could do at least 85% of it and said I wanted to learn the rest. Am I being unrealistic, or are they?
