Basic e-training around Celonis EMS is provided beforehand 1 week in advance. On the day of the interview, I was given c2 hours to review the case study, build an analysis, create ppt slides to present the opportunities/business case to the interviewer. The interviewer then asked questions to ensure I had fully understood the opportunities and could explain in a clear manner. For the remaining half hour, the interviewer asked further general questions about why I wanted to join Celonis and also my experience. Final interview was with the SVP. Mostly general questions relating to who i was, why i wanted to join Celonis, why this role. Some further questions around my CV that interested him as well. All in all, a very smooth interview process to be a part of. I received a job offer within 3 weeks of first coming in contact with HR.
