The initial interview is basically about brief personal background and experience in general form; plus some sharing session on how you dealt certain workplace situations. It gets more detail about skills and projects during the interview with the Managing Director and Design Director. You will present your portfolio and questions come along about the scope and your contribution based on what has been presented. Do you work hard? What is your expected salary? How do you convince the client or what do you do if what the client wanted turns out/ resulted in a different direction? The interview is spontaneous, straightforward and very engaging.
