Tell me about a time you showed team work.
Typical “tell me about a time” questions you hear everywhere else. When answering be detailed. Tell them about the situation, your behavior/action and what the outcome. Do not answer as a hypothetical question (what you would do), but with details of a situation you actually addressed (what you did). The interviewers thanked me for giving specific situations. And there were NO math questions asked during the interview process (only during the online assessment when you originally applied).
Ops Manager: 1. Talk about a time you solved a problem that didn't have a clear cut solution where there could have been multiple solutions. 2. Time you used analytics/data to solve a problem. 3. Took a process that was working and changed it to improve. 4. Used an Out of the box idea to solve a problem. HR Partner: 1. How you had to implement change to a process that you knew the team wouldn't like 2. How looking at metrics, saw your team wasn't performing the same level as another team in a different area. 3. Had a team member that wasn't performing and how you improved it. Ops Manager: 1. Time you had a team member that was under performing and how you improved it 2. Had a problem that you solved that wasn't being fixed because it spanned across multiple different departments 3. Had a goal to achieve that halfway through working towards decided wasn't working and needed to change
