None other than a push to closing hard. Idoing some DD after 4 days of training found some very bad issues. I dropped out immediately after MY DD. Too bad I didn't conduct it prior to the 4 days of training.
There were no "difficult" or "unexpected" questions during the interview process. Initially, it was just like someone having a conversation. Yes, the usual questions like "why do you feel like you would be a good fit" or "what was your greatest accomplishment with your current position" did come up.
What has made you available? what do you consider success as professional? as a leader?
Normal questions. Nothing too difficult. How long have you've been in sales? Are you a strong closer? Do you have b2b experience? How long have you've been out of work? When can you start? Are you expecting to go on vacation in the next 60 days. Are you ok with online training for 1wk? Then, someone will come and work with you the following.
