It was a while ago; I don't remember that many specifics at this time. Loosely, they asked why I was interested (I was a referral), and they asked me things about my resume that weren't entirely accurate, so I had to correct them several times. They asked how I would respond to constituents being dissatisfied with services provided, which, in retrospect, was very telling of how my time there went.
What type of work environment I worked best in.
Q: what was your responsibilities in your last job?
Because you'll have to deal with multiple personalities asking for various tasks, they'll want to know about your multitasking experience, ability to cater to multiple personality types, and most importantly, they'll want to know how you deal with mundane tasks (like reading over hundreds of pages of government contract / proposals).
