They sent me a congrats email and an acceptance letter. It just seemed suspicios that I never even received a phone call.
Basic screening questions with the recruiter.
Do you have experience working on a government account?
Standard questions about what motivates you, work history, etc.
where would i like to go from this position
They asked me the usual standard questions but my future boss kept asking me how I would handle a situation creatively. The position was for an art director of an entertainment company and even though I had prior entertainment experience my current job at that time was in pharmaceuticals. Also i thought it was strang at the time but HR asked me if I would have a problem firing people?
Gave information on a featured artists, and asked me to prepare a 3 minute presentation for the following skype interview.
Mostly standard stuff. HR was a little stiff, but the hiring manager was a hoot. Asked about previous experience and ideas on how to improve the current department.
