For instance, you could choose to focus on how you've production managed for an Anton Corbijn shoot, and the interviewers would say, "yeah, but he does movies now". Or, after being asked, you could respond with your favorite photography style, and they would say, "We don't like that style here". Basically, you can't win.

There was an emphasis on professionalism and being able to handle speaking with upper management within the company in an intelligent and professional way, and asking if I would be comfortable with that.
How do you deal with conflict? What do you do on the weekends? And with whom? Did you know that Black women get their confidence through their hair?
I forget the specific question, but be prepared to sell yourself a little and tell why you deserve the job. It's advertising work, so explaining yourself is definitely a benefit.
