Since I was coming from a background in film, they asked how I'd approach achieving one of my movie effects shots if done in real-time.
Years of experience? How many jobs have you had with the same role? (compositing artist) projects, name, IMDB? Are you satisfied with projects where many extra hours are done? You work well under pressure and deadlines? Would you work more days a week than Monday to Friday? Salary expectations, hours and if you are willing to travel, after that they send you an offer, it took me up to 2 weeks.
