Nothing was too difficult or unexpected, lots of critical thinking and attention to detail if you did not know about the issues at hand.
There wasn't a most difficult question. The phone interview questions consisted of your typical job questions. The one on one interview was all behavioral questions (tell me about a time when you didn't get along with a co-worker, tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership skills, etc.)

Describe a time you had to complete a project with someone who had a different work style? Describe a time you had to be flexible with a situation you had no control over? Describe a time you had to dig deeper to find answers to an issue.?
I cant remember specific questions, but very in depth and challenging.
Nothing is really difficult just a lot of "tell me a time..." questions.
What kind of indications would you be looking for in interviewing or assessing a case? What would you do in the case of a problem?
