They asked the question that was previously posted on Glassdoor concerning counting windows in a town. It really doesn't matter how you answer, so long as you show that you are thinking about the question. They want you to attempt the problem.
How do you manage a difficult situation/ client?
They had my cover letter in front of them & they asked specific questions about it - e.g.: my cover letter stated that I was good at organizing chaos & they asked me what I meant by that and for specific examples of how I organized the chaos.
