I was asked to describe a time that I was forced to work without the support needed to accomplish the task, and what steps I took to still be successful.
General discussion on previous technology, previous experience and how the company was set up.
Very specific battery chemistry and BMS questions. The company was very focused on my knowledge of vehicle pack level design, construction and past development. Also very interested in any high level chemistry knowledge that I might have.
Have you ever gone through a PIP before?
In four different interviews within Marriott, it seemed like they all just presented me with questions out the HR text book on interviewing. And if you presented them with difficult or unexpected questions around turnover, advancement, corporate climate, etc. they stumbled and were unprepared to give real answers, not just marketing fluff. The acted like they were offended that I would ask such questions.
