Instead of evaluating my skills, I was asked questions by the a senior management interview from non-HR background: 1. who all are there in your family? 2. if you have just relocated then I had your husband coming along? 3. What about your children? Do you have any? 4. How many years since you got married? 5. Why the decision of relocationg. For a senior position like this, I had expected a very different interview. This man had not even gone through my resume and asked basic questions repeatedly that were clearly mentioned on my resume regarding my education, but none about my experience and exposure. Even if I get an offer, I will not take it up for I don't need such a work culture.
